Labh Polyfab Pvt. Ltd. has a sprawling campus spread over in almost an acre in Village Mahijada, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It is located at Soham Integrated Textile Park which is a plastic textile hub. Tape Extrusion Plant: The tape stretching line incorporate “state-of-the-art” technology designed to meet highest performance and quality requirements with maximum efficiency and flexibility while using minimum raw material and energy. This plant has production capacity of 350 kg/hr and processing speed of 350 meters/minute.
Circular Looms:
There are in total 35 circular looms installed in the campus. They are high performance weaving machines for producing tubular/ flat fabric of PP/HDPE tapes with minimum defects (which can also be considered as zero defect fabric).
The looms have different range of processing with respect to weaving width, speed and variants to cater to vast range of end applications. The excellent workmanship makes them the best choice for customers to fulfil the demands of the global market.
BCS Bag Conversion System:

A high speed conversion line for cross-cutting of tubular fabric (woven from PP/HDPE tapes), bottom folding & sewing and finally stacking. Production speed upto 45 bags/min.
Lamination Machine:
Extrusion Lamination and Coating Plant with High Speed High Production for Flat and Circular Woven Fabrics. Further, Sandwich Lamination of printed BOPP, Polyster, Paper, Jute, Non-Wovens, Cotton Fabrics, Woven Sacks, Fabrics, Aluminium Foils and Tarpaulins.

Features:
- Turret Unwinder with Online Manual Splicing
- Specially designed Micrometric adjustment system provided at each Printing Station to have fine pressure from Anilox Roll to Printing Drum and from Printing Drum to final product (Fabric). This will improves better sharpness of Printing.
- Individual Gearbox system consists of hardened and ground oil dipped gears with inbuilt planetary arrangement at each printing station. This increases the sturdiness of the machine which reduces maintenance and downtime.
- Online print registration adjustment provided in that gearbox for easy operation.
- Easy changeover for change of direction of printing with the help of same gearbox system is also incorporated.
- Infeed and outfeed driven nip roll system to maintain constant tension of fabric for proper Print registration. It will not elongate the fabric or loosen the fabric between printing station.
- Anilox and Ink Rubber Rolls are of special design. This prevents splashing and scattering of Ink at higher operating speeds.
- Access to each printing station for ease of monitoring and cleaning.
- Operator Friendly and space saving vertical gusseting unit.
